In this position, you will be responsible for suppoting conversion of payroll software from UltiPro to ADP WorkForce Now.

Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:

  • Pulling reports from Ultipro
  • Contacting tax agencies for tax setup etc.
  • Data Comparison auditing
  • Report testing - When ADP does a report, is it pulling the correct data?
  • Cases - checking and following up on progress…pushing for an answer when necessary
  • Researching Banks debits/credits by calling ADP/ researching
  • Contacting employees for missing payroll data
Preferences:
  • Comfortable working in Ultipro or ADP Workforce Now
  • Payroll knowledgeable
  • Works comfortably without the need for constant supervision
  • Excel Skills - does not have to be an expert, however, would want more than beginner level. Comfort - Sorting, Filtering, Sum
  • Payroll Tax Knowledge (dealing with State Agencies) would be a huge plus
