Vaco is seeking a certified procurement professional for a Senior Procurement Analyst role. Our client, a Technology Solutions company in North Atlanta is hiring immediately. This is an opportunity that will lead to full time employment with a fast growing organization!

Job Details:

• Sourcing and purchasing hardware, software and materials for all entities
• Gather business requirements for vendor contract negotiations and work with CFO and legal counsel to finalize contract terms.
• Coordinate with various projects, inventory tracking, vendor management, and logistics control
• Ordering equipment, reviewing requisitions, and working with vendors to obtain price quotations, availability, and monitoring delivery schedules
• Develop RFI/RFQs for procurement of goods and services (both direct and indirect spend) and run sourcing bids
• Write and analyze requisitions, invoices, supply requests and supply orders
• Conduct vendor reviews (viability, security, reference checking, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with high volume ordering and delivery tracking as well as inventory management
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Bachelor's degree and/or an equivalent certification in supply chain, materials management, or business
• Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) and/or Certified Professional Purchasing Manager (CPPM) highly desired
