Job Description


* Collaborates with the Product Owner and Development Team
* Facilitates Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand up meetings, sprint backlog grooming, sprint retrospection.
* Trains and coaches the Scrum Team on Agile/Scrum practices and ensures Agile/Scrum processes are implemented correctly.
* Identify, track and help remove impediments
* Protects the Scrum team from internal and external distractions.
* Schedule project meetings, and production of meeting agendas, briefing materials, and notes.
* Manage client relationship and set appropriate expectations.
* Project and manage risk.
* Communicate relevant information and project status.
* Track action items and records management.
* Work with others to develop, improve, and standardize project-related processes.
* Support cross-departmental and cross-divisional activities as related to projects.
* Recognize and escalate issues potentially requiring upper management awareness and input.

* Validates the project progress performed by team per client guidelines, standards and procedures.
* Provides recommendations to client services director to improve processes and quality of work.

* Project Managers - Close collaboration providing support and project deliverables to client.
* Client Services Director - Reports on routine and exceptional progress of the project.
* Team Leaders - Coordinates daily functions.
* Developers - Manages support and project deliverables and ensures compliance.

Team Leaders as needed by project.
Programmer Analyst I, II, and III. Quantity varies depending on project requirements.

Bachelor's Degree in IT, business or related field and 5-7 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. At least 1-year experience as Scrum Master.
