Job Description

Our client's finance team is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst in their Strategic Analysis group to serve as the finance partner to our Sales, Marketing and Customer Success organizations. In this role, you will enable the business by analyzing key metrics including diving into disaggregated top line results, analyzing gross margin trends, and developing forecasts for revenue and cost of revenue for our various revenue streams. What you'll do:

• Partner with the Sales, Marketing, and various Product Managers to forecast future revenue based on pipeline, sales productivity, key trends, and various market factors

• Support the Marketing and Customer Success organizations by providing summarized key financial metrics specific to their groups, and helping execute on ad-hoc requests requiring financial support for those groups

• Partner with Retail Operations and Product Management to develop a unit forecast and expected gross margin, and evaluate results vs expectations

• Lead finance support and analysis for new product & service introduction

• Provide professional service forecasting for bookings, billings, revenue and expenses

• Own the preparation and enhancements of monthly metrics deck, including sharing key insights with business partners

• Partner with business systems and accounting teams to further automate generation of key reports and metrics reporting

• Communicate with parent company representatives regarding scheduled and ad-hoc requests related to top line results and forecasts

Basic Qualifications

• A BA or BS in finance or accounting. MBA or CPA is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications
• 4+ years of related financial analysis and business support with an increasing level of complexity

• MBA or CPA
