Service Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Set up job folder in database, create job files, including budget, purchase orders for materials, scheduling, etc.
  • File NOC with municipality for permitting and submit permit application.
  • Setup new customer information, job number, job name, contract price, notes, system information and budgets, units (squares), schedule.
  • Import Job phases and categories into CE Scheduling module and build out scheduling activities for materials, crews and inspections.
  • Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, crew dispatch, payroll, AR, etc based on schedule.
  • Coordinate schedule daily with superintendents.
  • Coordinate schedule as needed with customers.
  • Communicate throughout the day to ensure that service crews have completed scopes of work.
  • Upload photos, dispatch sheets, and all notes into CE for all dispatches and bill clients accordingly
