Job Description

We are working with a local manager service provider servicing small-to-mid companies across central Ohio, managing telecom assets & connectivity expenses. We are seeking a qualified Help Desk Analyst for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity.

What you'll do:

  • The Help Desk Technician identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves the issue.
  • Oversees customer support, bill review & cellular support teams
  • Field calls/emails from end-user & customers for troubleshooting.
  • Coordinating with vendors to manage & resolve issues (i.e. opening & closing tickets).
  • Data entry & management: working with proprietary ticketing & database systems.

Requirements:

  • Telecom industry & VoIP experience
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting experience
  • Great communication
  • Customer service (phone skill & email correspondence)
  • A good attitude and strong work ethic
