Our IT Placement team is currently seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst.

As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will join an enterprise-wide IT service desk in Richmond, Va. You will be responsible for providing over-the-phone technical assistance related to applications, hardware, peripherals, telephony, network-related issues.
Ideal candidates should have advanced-level knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013/2016, Windows 7 and 10, and document management systems.

This position will operate on a standard shift initially, and transition to a four-day shift with the potential for later working hours and Saturdays.
The candidate must be professional and polished while being highly skilled with advanced application functions.
