Job Responsibilities

* Uses technical knowledge, creativity and company practices to develop solutions to complex business problems.
* Works with an agile team to design, develop and maintain solutions for business stakeholders.
* Assists in gathering initial business requirements and testing.
* Develops business solutions using web UI and SharePoint tools.
* Implements SharePoint based workflows as well as designs and develops sites and content.
* Interacts directly with the business for development and troubleshooting.
* Works independently or as part of a team.
* Performs root cause analysis.
* Helps support existing other, non-SharePoint, third party applications.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and equivalent experience.
* At least 5 years -previous development experience.
* 5 years' experience with SharePoint 2010/2013, SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts and workflows.
* Experience with Powershell, HTML/HTML5, Javascript, JQuery, CSS, C#, SQL
* Knowledge of software development phases including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation and support.
* Ability to work in a team environment and assist other team members in conveying information to business stakeholders.
* Good communication and organization skills.
* Good problem solving and analytical skills.
* Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
* Bonus Skills:
o Microsoft Office 365 experience: SharePoint Online, MS Flow, PowerApps
o Analytics experience and Microsoft Power BI
