Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Architecture, long term strategy and roadmap for Microsoft 0365 collaboration including SharePoint Online and Azure hosted applications.
  • Educate, influence, and persuade executive business leadership and technical leadership in solution proposals of 0365 based solutions.
  • Establish best practices and implementation guidelines around the Microsoft collaboration and cloud platform.
  • Lead design and development for all execution projects around the Office 365 SharePoint and Azure hosted SP Web applications.
  • Work with the infrastructure, identity management, network services and development teams for project-based assignments including proof-of-concept, analysis, and design/architecture and deployment coordination for the 0365 platform.
  • Propose long-term strategies and direction for the various technologies within the scope of the 0365 platform (SharePoint Online, Teams, PowerBI, PowerApps, Flow, Azure)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Finance, or Computer Science or relevant experience.
  • 3 years of experience in SharePoint Online/O365 and Azure as a platform architect, solutions architect or lead designer is required.
  • Minimum of 6 years progressively responsible information technology experience.
  • SharePoint Online Solution Architecture and design experience in collaboration and cloud solutions on Azure.
  • Working experience in building/designing/architecting Azure hosted applications for SharePoint Online.
  • Experience with Advanced SharePoint Online customizations including Branding, Metadata, Navigation, Designer Workflows, Azure AD authentication.
  • Expertise on Node.JS, Angular.js, and .Net for implementation of cloud hosted business applications for SharePoint.
  • Implementation experience on O365/SharePoint Online cloud business applications with familiarity to CSOM/REST Api's for SharePoint.
  • Understanding of Visual Studio online lifecycle and code management processes.
  • Knowledge of relevant automation using PowerShell cmdlets for Azure/SharePoint.
  • Proven ability to work in a large, distributed IT organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, large-scale projects or programs.
  • Experience working with Business Leaders and Technology Leaders to architect IT solutions.
  • Proven quality focus in providing customer driven-products, services and solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and to lead others in a directed effort to complete projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Up to date Microsoft certifications (MCSE/MCSD/MCITP/MCPD) is preferable.
