Job Description:
  • Perform payable functions
  • Verify existing purchase orders to vendor invoices and create purchase orders if appropriate
  • Process vendor invoices and credit memos for payment
  • Work with purchasing managers and vendors to resolve purchase order and/or invoice discrepancies
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any outstanding issues
  • Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience with 3 way purchase order match
