Job Description

Our client is looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis in the Raleigh-Durham area. This Social Media Marketing Administrator will have the opportunity to lead the organization's marketing strategy and assist with creating a vision for their growth. While some management teams can be adverse to new ideas, this team is looking for someone who not only brings new ideas but is prepared with strategies to immediately implement them.   • Assist in creating marketing packages such as flyers and proposals
  • Update various social media sites such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Plus, Hootsuite, Twitter
  • Help to maintain company intranet
  • Provide administrative support
  • Editing documents in Word/Excel
  • Calendaring appointments
  • Miscellaneous projects as requested
  • Periodic front desk support to include answering phones, greeting clients/guests, assist with mailings, and any special projects
  • Must have strong attention to details and ability to work under tight deadlines


  • Proven experience in Marketing role
  • Accuracy and attention to details is critical in this role.
  • Must be advanced with all MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Must be a self-starter who is willing to find answers to questions on his/her own.
  • Must be professional in appearance and demeanor with strong verbal and written communications.
  • Must be proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, and other standard graphic design programs.
  • Experience with generating marketing materials.
  • A proven ability and desire to learn new software programs and processes without significant assistance.
  • Web experience is a plus.
