As a Golang Developer, your responsibilities may include both development and support. You will design, develop, code, test, build, deploy and debug new software or enhancements to existing software.
Other responsibilities of the GolangDeveloper role include:

  • Deploying infrastructure and applications that will power consumer interactions, enable business intelligence, and drive insights
  • Owning core components of product deliveries and ensuring their quality and test coverage
  • Working cross-functionally with other disciplines and with other engineers on the team

Ideal candidates for this position will:

• Self-manage development backlog

• Write testable, efficient code

• Believe strongly in QA and scalability

• Interact with brand stakeholders as needed

• Collaborate with third party technology providers

Qualifications Include:

  • Demonstrable web development experience
  • Clear communication skills
  • Experience with Golang (must)
  • Experience with Javascript (must)
  • Desire to write testable code, and the test coverage to go along with it
  • Experience with microservice architecture and hosting
  • Machine Learning and/or Big Data experience a plus
