The Software Engineer will support the development of applications and tools that empower the rest of the company to deliver products and services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Design, Develop and Maintain applications and tools that help drive the company's revenue production and meet business objectives
* Collaborate with Business Analysts and Stakeholders to:
o Identify/clarify requirements
o Refine User Stories/Functional Specs
o Test implementations
o Troubleshoot bugs and production issues
o Prioritize work
* Help ensure software quality by writing and conducting tests
* Maintain and enhance software quality standards (including usability, maintainability, performance)

Requirements:
* Demonstrated excellence in problem-solving
* Familiarity with Agile Methodologies
* Proficiency in C# or other .Net languages with at least 3 years of proven experience
* Working knowledge of MVC or MVVM design patterns
* Desired - Experience working with technologies like WPF, LINQ, and Entity Framework
* Desired - Proficiency in SQL or similar database language (SQL Server and Postgres very strongly preferred)
* Desired - Strong understanding of relational database theory, practice, and design
* Desired - Familiarity with Design Patterns (Factory, Facade, Observer, etc.)
