  • Leads technical implementation projects to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Ensures stakeholders are kept up to date on all assigned requests.

  • Follows-ups on SIA roadmap tasks to ensure they are kept up to date.
  • Participates in team huddles and meetings, communicating if assistance is needed to keep tasks on schedule.
  • Demonstrates flexibility with workload and changing priorities.
  • Prioritizes workload effectively or requests help from SIA Manager.


  • Ensures a clear understanding of end user requirements and proposed solutions through follow-up communication.
  • Suggests alternative technical solutions when possible.
  • Creates projects, tasks, and tickets with all the documentation needed to streamline the development and testing process.
  • Assists customer solutions team as needed to resolve more complex technical issues.
  • Takes ownership of assigned tasks to ensure they are complete, tested, and released to production in line with requirements.
  • Reads SQL procedures and creates queries needed to support testing efforts.
  • Creates and modifies interface specs, providing data sources for staging tables and VMS.
  • Supports module implementations and enhancements related to updated configurations within VMS.
  • Analyses VMS data and identifies root causes based on results.
  • Supports documentation initiatives that align with team goals.


  • Communicates efficiently and effectively with all Customer types, internal or external of the offices.

  • Collaborates with the data warehouse team to add new modules and data elements to the warehouse and cubes.
  • Follows up on outstanding deliverables to ensure they fully vetted, tested, and released properly.
  • Monitors the development of new modules and features in VMS to ensure any business-critical information is transformed into the warehouse.
  • Expands the use of VMSA across our organization through the preparation and delivery of appropriate training content.
  • Delivers solutions which streamline operations and customer support.
  • Supports development of dashboards which reduce the demand on the customer solutions team for reporting, and address/resolve customer questions directly.
  • Supports initiatives to maintain a secure access environment.
  • Supports the design and creation of customer dashboards.
  • Ensures dashboards deliver clear content that addresses key supply chain questions.
  • Supports the standardization dashboards across the customer base to maximize utilization.
  • Proactively creates tickets and tasks to resolve issues, follows-up to ensure they are completed.
  • Implement approved customer requests for new features, reports, views, or enhancements to the cube or Dashboards.
  • Provides training to customers and associates on DW, cubes and dashboard functionality; maintain user guides and/or create training material where necessary.
  • Strives to expand knowledge of data warehouse to improve ability to resolve issues more quickly and independently.
  • Performs other work as directed by management
