Vaco Financial is seeking a Sourcing Analyst ($60,000 salary) to join a company in the Memphis/North Mississippi area. This Sourcing Analyst will be responsible for:
- Communicating with international subcontractors in regards to invoicing discrepancies.
- Collaborating with the planning and manufacturing team to resolve issues with global vendors.
- Preparing wire and ACH forms to send to AP for payment, including acquiring all necessary approvals and reconciliations.
- Assisting with reconciling and accruing for duties and freight bills.
- Leading the process of collections and reconciliation of prepaid and receivable balances from global suppliers.
- Assisting with gross margin analysis and research.
- Special projects and other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Bachelor degree in business or related field.
- Experience in communicating with internal vendors (a plus!!).
- Attention to accuracy and detail.
- Proficiency in using a 10-key, spreadsheets, and word processing software.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamix AX (helpful).
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adept problem solving skills and flexibility to handle changing priorities.
