Oversees and executes the day-to-day activities, operations and processes associated with the revenue generation, execution, performance, expense management, and analysis of the National Direct Marketing Direct Response programs.

Knowledge - Ability to effectively and concisely communicate with the program stakeholders through verbal, written and face-to-face communication. Understands data processing applications including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Ability to understand direct marketing procedures and processes. Knowledge ordinarily attained through a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years of experience in marketing, analysis, direct response agency or fundraising. Must possess a valid driver's license.

Job Description Oversees and executes the day-to-day activities, operations and processes associated with the revenue generation, execution, performance, expense management, and analysis of the National Direct Marketing Direct Response programs.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Executes the daily operational activities of Direct Marketing Response Programs to ensure short and long-term revenue objectives are met by implementing strategies to drive maximum revenue generation and growth. Performs essential job functions within an environment under normal lighting and climate control tolerances.
  • Assists with the preparation of annual budgets, performs detailed analysis of recent and past results and works closely with external vendors on potential expense reductions to recommend an annual budget to management. Requires use of a personal computer.
  • Executes the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies that best use expense dollars to maximize the performance of the programs.
  • Analyzes and monitors program performance results of direct response marketing programs; reports performance trends to management.
  • Executes the implementation of the direct response marketing campaign strategies to achieve the desired goals and objectives.
  • Executes the implementation of new test initiatives specific to direct response marketing programs; monitors the results for effectiveness, communicates the success and/or failure of the initiative.
  • Monitors and analyzes actual expenses against the program budgets to determine the cost efficiency of the direct response programs. Researches and implements cost-saving measures when necessary.
  • Launches new program strategic initiatives as necessary.

Other Job Functions

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Performs job duties as assigned as part of the company's Business Continuity Management Program, including annual maintenance and testing of business continuity, disaster recovery and emergency response plans.
