Additional responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Operational Risk Liaisons and ensure work is completed accurately and timely
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with associates within assigned business areas
  • Provide guidance on the effective execution of the operational risk management framework
  • Play a lead role in the evaluation and remediation of operational risk/loss events including root cause analysis and process improvement recommendations
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions
  • May act as a resource for associates with less experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in the banking and/or financial services industry
  • Must possess strong knowledge of banking processes
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess superior work ethic with a track record of success
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
