Vaco Staffing has an EXCITING CAREER OPPORTUNITY for an experienced sales and account management professional within the staffing industry.

Vaco Staffing provides our clients with placement services on a contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire basis for a wide variety of administrative and executive skill sets including general support, sales, management, customer service, marketing and human resources.

Position Summary:

The Sr. Associate Business Development position will be responsible for new business development, strategic account management. Engage all appropriate levels of management to develop opportunities to increase and expand our client base and scope of services with both existing accounts and new prospects.

Our ideal Sr. Associate Business Development candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, pace and intensity, and an aptitude for long-term relationship building.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Bullhorn preferred.

Basic Skills:

Able to work with a sense of urgency and meet tight deadlines; Organized, detailed, and results‐ driven. Must be able to manage time effectively and work independently without direct supervision.

Education/Experience

  • Experience in temp operations, administration recruiting required.
  • Experience in sales and account management required.
  • Experience in Accounting/Finance preferred
  • Bachelor's degree.
