This position will facilitate and enhance our delivery of solutions to complex problems and provide essential analytics and development support to the company. This role will primarily work with internal stakeholders to define requirements for business problems and then work with the project team to manage them and ensure successful delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops a complete understanding of the business domain, including the organization's products and its operations and processes.
  • Gathers and manages requirements on small and large-scale projects that have a direct impact on the company.
  • Leverages strong analytical and problem-solving skills to help organize and steer efforts and ensure projects deliver on intent.
  • Supports the evolution of applications, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state by maintaining a comprehensive understanding of how current processes impact business operations for assigned domain.
  • Demonstrates a clear understanding of the SDLC process.
  • Demonstrates the ability to leverage data as an asset by conducting basic data analysis and effectively communicating findings.
  • Forms partnerships with the project team and with stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery.
  • Forges strong relationships with project stakeholders to facilitate requirements gathering.
  • Communicates project status with stakeholders.
  • Develops and maintains key project documentation.
  • Identifies viable opportunities for process improvement.
  • Assists with the validation and prioritization of projects.
  • Assists with validation and testing of project deliverables.


  • Excellent oral and written communications; an ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and develops understanding at all levels of the organization.
  • An understanding of agile methodologies, and the ability to practice them where applicable.
  • Demonstrated working understanding of CRISP-DM - the 'Cross-industry standard process for data mining.'
  • Working knowledge of relational databases, SQL and query tools.
  • Experience with either Power BI, Power Pivot, or related DAX language.
  • Intermediate level of knowledge of relational databases, database structures and design, systems design, data management, and data warehousing strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and data analysis or business systems experience required.
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience preferred.
  • Agile, Lean, PMP, or Six Sigma certification preferred.
