The Senior Digital Product Owner is responsible for leadership of the digital technology products that service the needs of our global candidate population and for implementing the strategic Product Management vision. The Product Owner is responsible for delivering a suite of products that are valuable and usable for our customers, feasible to implement from a technology perspective, and meets defined business objectives. This role serves as the ultimate voice of the customer throughout the organization for the digital products developed for these customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Direct the tactical implementation of the digital product roadmap
  • Work closely with designers and developers
  • Define and prioritize product features for product team
  • Work across business groups within the organization to ensure alignment on direction and implementation.
  • Demonstrate the latest iterations to customers (pre-release) to gather feedback
  • Work with the CX and UX teams to design and deliver amazing customer experience through the product
  • Own end-to-end product definitions, delivery and success
  • Create, monitor and manage product performance metrics; identify and drive improvement opportunities
  • Identify dependencies across other technology plans and platforms; manage resulting constraints
  • Apply a deep understanding of the business, customer, and market data to apply technology most effectively to enable the business vision
  • Advocate for your product offering; articulate customer and business value at all levels of the organization
  • Lead development of new features in collaboration with IT and implementation teams through the entire product development life cycle
  • Champion the needs of the Program management team and stakeholders, understand business requirements and success metrics set by the Product Manager; define product priorities, measures and goals
  • Establish strong relationships with key business partners to ensure product vision aligns with the organizational vision for digital products and customer experience
  • Lead product discovery to successfully prioritize opportunities, identify product solutions, and ensure solutions meet product goals.
  • Lead both tactical and strategic meetings with developers, designers, and functional business owners to drive the launch and ongoing development of product
  • Provide product direction decisions and approvals to the technology delivery team
  • Direct change management efforts to ensure product changes have the appropriate level of awareness, knowledge, buy-in and training for impacted clients and staff
  • Play an active role in external Product Management, UX and/or Development communities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 8 years business experience with 5 years in digital or physical product management
  • Working knowledge of and experience with Agile Development, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Experimental Design and other Product Management methodologies strongly desired
  • Understanding of and prior experience in business processes and the ability to translate business needs into digital products that satisfy those needs
  • Experience in launching global products in a multinational environment preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management or technology relationship management preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building/management skills with the ability to work with key stakeholders across a global organization
  • Drive collaborative innovation amongst the organization, to identify unique solutions to complex problems
  • Manage 3rd party vendor relationships; evaluate 3rd party vendor needs within the context of the product
  • High level of organizational and time management skills; flexibility in competently juggling competing priorities and changing expectations
  • Familiarity with database and/or programing languages desired

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Global travel will be approximately 5 - 10%
