As the Global Data Governance Director you will develop and implement a company-wide business architecture roadmap based on strategic vision for enterprise data business strategy inclusive of data governance and enterprise data operational strategy inclusive of data process requirements, functional requirements, and data quality requirements. You will also be responsible for driving the selection and adoption of robotic process automation and workflow tools to accelerate core business processes. Program manage ERP and business process integration pursuant to M&A activity. Be the visible global champion of enterprise "data DNA", advocating for effective use of data and self-service strategy to promote business delivered content and enablement of business-driven analytics. Manage a team of direct reports chartered with continually upgrading information architecture to accelerate business innovation and agility with data integrity. Partner with Business Program Management Office and Business Transformation team to ensure cross-functional business process innovation and improvement efforts are successful.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Ensure best practices are established and maintained for all key business intelligence and data management procedures, architecture, and standards.
* Facilitate master data governance for company initiatives and business transformation programs to drive innovation and customer centricity, while improving operational performance.
* Develop, direct and/or follow established policies, processes, and procedures for the organization, and promote data governance best practices across the company.
* Provide leadership, mentorship, and ongoing development to our Business Architecture team, focusing on ongoing growth of individuals and maturing the overall department.
* Gather and understand (internal/external) stakeholder information architecture, workflow, and RPA requirements to ensure business outcomes are achieved.
* Direct/coach team members in the preparation and management of team project plans.
* Develop/maintain enterprise data management methodologies, standards, and quality metrics in alignment with enterprise data business strategy and enterprise data operational strategy.
* Be the interface between the business and IT that ensures information architecture supports and adapts to evolving end-2-end business process capabilities and behaviors, within regulatory and business certification requirements.
* Develop performance objectives for team and perform constructive annual performance reviews.
* All staff related duties and responsibilities apply to both local and remote staff.
* Expected 25-50% travel in support of staff and business requirements.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communications or Business
* 12 or more years related experience or a Master's degree in Information Technology, Communications or Business and 10 or more years related experience.
* Previous experience implementing Master Data Governance in a multinational organization.
* Experience leading direct reports to deliver a consistent approach to the planning and execution of business process-driven projects of varying sizes and degrees of complexity.
* Experience communicating with senior business leaders including presentations to C-suite executives required.
* Enterprise data governance experience within multinational B2B environment

Preferred Qualifications
* Advanced degree or certification in advanced analytics and/or statistical analysis/methodologies
* Experience with master data management/integration elements of M&A activity preferred. Experience with ERP integrations and/or ERP system upgrades preferred. Functional experience within a strategic business unit (strategy, product management, engineering, marketing) preferred.
* Experience with project management and waterfall/agile methodologies preferred.
* Track record of nurturing and developing talent to meet evolving needs of business.
* Experience building and maintaining business roadmaps.
