In this position, you will be responsible for documenting and managing the business/content requirements of project end users and stakeholders, and distilling them into focused, understandable and actionable deliverables. This will require that you provide analysis and improvement recommendations at both strategic and technical levels.

Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:

• Serving as liaison between departments and technical teams to identify, analyze, and gather business requirements
• Conducting interviews to gather user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, job shadowing, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods
• Collaborating with project managers and project sponsors to refine project scope and vision
• Translating conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
• Creating process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team
• Assisting with the interpretation of user requirements into feasible options, and communicating these back to the stakeholders
• Participating in the QA of purchased solutions or custom solutions to ensure that features and functions have been enabled and optimized
