SR. IT MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR OF TECH INTEGRATIONS

The Sr. IT Director will orchestrate the implementation of organizational Technologies including Network, Telephony, Servers, miscellaneous Infrastructure Tech Solutions & Software Applications.

DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Fulfill IT Operations Goals & Objectives Across The Organization
  • Explore Hardware, System Designs & Application Capabilities for future Technical Planning including risk mitigation for Tech Environments across Multiple Geographical Locations.
  • Manage Networking Plans & Management of Development factors including Concurrent Users and Application Upgrades. Security Protocol Management, System Change Documentation, Highly Detail-Oriented Disaster Recovery Plan
  • Engineering oversight of system solutions with a clear and concise understanding of data consumption & workflow management.
  • Make recommendations to Systems Engineers, Application Administrators, departmental leadership, act as the Lead point of Escalation for the most complex technical issues. Coordinate Team-Efforts with Programmers, Technology Managers, Tech Support, QA and Teams of other relevant stakeholders & decision-makers across the organization.
  • Handle highly Detail-Oriented, Disaster Recovery System Planning, Process Improvements, management of security protocols, capacity planning, coordinate networking tests, job scheduling, network management logs, large-scale hardware repairs, Supervise Network, Software & Hardware Upgrades, Planning & Implementation, Virtualization Environment Management & Cisco Voice Equipment.
  • Successfully Execute Key and Routine Infrastructure Processes & Procedural Management such as turning off networks & starting them back up again.
  • Manage Software & Hardware Machine purchases & procurement, handle Budget & Contractual processes & procedures in other areas as well.
  • Broadcast information on system changes for users across the organization, Ability to present information to large audiences.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 3-5+ Years of experience in a Sr. Tech Leadership Position Capacity
  • 10+ years of exp. in a hands-on System & Network Engineering Position
  • Proven architectural expertise & successful implementation of Modern Public Cloud Solutions, (Amazon Web Services, Azure, GCP) Experience with VMWare or other Equiv. Virtualization technology, Config. Management tools, Experience with SAN/Network-Attached-Storage
  • Scripting: BASH, Python, PowerShell
  • Agile-Scrum Methodology experience, Activity Monitoring for Information System Operations, such as Computer & Telecom Operations, System Security Policy Procedures, Administration & Technical Operations Support, Data Control, OS Programming, Web Strategy & Operations
  • Understanding Public/Private IP, DNS Administration, web addresses, Network Protocols, VLAN/VPN config. App Layer Protocols, TCP/IP, WebSocket, HyperText Transfer Protocol. User Diagram Protocols, Public/Private DNS Admin knowledge, LAN/MAN/WAN
  • Minimum of 5+ YRS. of Microsoft Server Operating System Experience, Network Administration & Firewall, Active Directory/GP
  • Hands-on system & application configuration, deployment & maintenance experience, Hands-On Network, Systems & tools for App Monitoring Config & Deployments. Process Improvement.
  • Demonstrable skills operating a secure environment to include Desktops, Servers, & Networking

  • COMPENSATION: $150,000-$180,000/Year Base Salary

    LOCATION: Onsite in the Bellevue, Washington-Area, No Relocation, 50/50 onsite work/remote work. (In adherence to CDC Guidelines), 10% Travel.
