Job Description

We are excited to announce that at this time we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team of over 10,000 global field personnel supporting our pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

The Technical Project Manager plays a vital role to ensure that effective quality practices are created and maintained to ensure compliance with appropriate standards. This position will also be responsible to interact with all members of the project team and customer to manage the technical operations support for the CRM system and manage CRM system enhancements.

Responsibilities include:

* Provide technical project and operations management expertise working with customer managers, key decision makers and internal team members to manage continuous process improvements, issue escalation, and provide technical expertise.
* Client communication regarding CRM system and operations.
* Manage the CRM operations by engaging with the technical resources to ensure all client deliverables are achieved.
* Manage the data interfaces process between the Salesforce CRM and client databases.
* Provided technical expertise on the Salesforce CRM application, business intelligence (BI) tools, work instructions and related processes.
* Gather and document client CRM, data feed and reporting requirements.
* Develop and implement CRM test plans for system enhancements.
* Collaborate to define organizational needs, strategies, objectives that support business needs and drive customer value.
* Assist in data quality and reporting related projects and provide insights to management on issues, trends and root causes.
* Manage the development and implementation of innovative technology and reporting tools, work instructions, SOPs and operational processes.
* Handle day-to-day activities related to operations and escalations to ensure appropriate parties are involved for accurate and timely resolution.
* Maintain records of all deliverables.
* Champion process innovation, changes, and special initiatives
* Effectively communicate status, resolution, and proposed solutions to internal and external stakeholders
* Support other activities and special projects, as assigned, to achieve quality deliverables and high customer value

Job Requirements

Job Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree required preferred IT degree, with 5 years of related work experience. • Proven success working with or within patient education organizations or other patient health-related, community focused organizations providing services to targeted populations. • Strong attention to detail and organization skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Prior Veeva / SalesForce.com Database experience required. • Fully competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • IT and Data Project Management experience preferred. • A highly motivated change agent that drives business-focused solutions. • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to distill highly complex requirements into compelling business objectives. • Strong problem-solving abilities in complex, compliance regulated department. • Ability to travel (20-30%)
