Job Description

Summary:
The Information Technology (IT) Senior IT Risk Analyst I will work under the direction of technical staff, business unit subject matter experts or supervisors to execute processes that ensure IT's compliance with regulatory, industry and Bank security requirements as it relates to business continuity and crisis management.

This role works with cross-functional teams on the operational activities needed to support the IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance Program.

The position performs processes supporting the IT Risk and Compliance Program which includes the following Information Security Services:
* Business Continuity and Crisis Management

Responsibilities include the following:
1. Align security program activities and staff with a generally accepted best practice framework and applicable compliance, legal and regulatory requirements.
2. Development, maintenance and continual improvement of Business Continuity Planning and Crisis Management.
3. Assist in the coordination and implementation of business impact analysis.
4. Development of appropriate recovery strategies for services.

Required Skills:
Bachelor degree with minimum of 10 years Enterprise Crisis Management and/or Emergency Response with strong experience in Business Continuity in the banking or financial industry.
Or
High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 14 years relevant work experience.


Desired Skills:
* Ability to understand scope of recovery efforts and coordinate critical activities during continuity exercises and events.
* Demonstrated strong skills in applying Business Continuity Planning, Enterprise Crisis Management and Emergency Response planning principles to various levels (staff, management, and executive).
* Provide guidance and lead the coordination of all corporate activities related to crisis and emergency management.
* Demonstrated proficiency in assessing risk and risk management practices.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively balance multiple responsibilities.
* Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate individuals and teams.
* Advanced presentation skills and oral and written communication skills.
* Excellent project management skills, which include task identification, project planning, and proficiency with tools required to effectively manage enterprise initiatives.
* Possess at least one of the following professional certification including the Business Continuity Institute (e.g. ABCP, CBCP, MBCP, MBCI, CRP) and/or other Business Continuity or industry related certifications.
* Fully proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Access, Visio, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to travel as needed.
