As a QA Analyst, you will execute quality assurance activities to ensure that system functions, standards and requirements are met. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve development and QA processes.

QA Analyst responsibilities:

  • Designing and building efficient and reusable test cases and test scenarios for functional, regression and performance testing, using manual and automated test suites appropriately.
  • Developing reusable functions to perform common functionality executed in automated test cases
  • Supporting and enhancing existing automated testing framework, leveraging QA software products and tools, i.e., QTP or QC
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting test script execution issues and test results
  • Sailpoint Identity QA experience required
  • Ensuring a high quality of standard is maintained, with a focus on performance, verification of enhancements, patches and deliverables.
  • Creating and deploying environments for QA and Performance testing, Load/Volume testing and automated processes required.
  • Ability to work within a team setting and with software engineers through problem reproduction and resolution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
