Sr. Specialist - Sourcing Recruiter

As part of the Talent Acquisition Team, the Sr. Specialist- Sourcing Recruiter will proactively source, screen, and assess passive and active talent for various departments. As a member of our team, you will lead the sourcing efforts in partnership with our Sr. Specialists and Hiring Managers to identify a diverse, talented pipeline of candidates. The ideal candidate will have proven success with common sourcing tools/techniques including (but not limited to) networking, Boolean, and LinkedIn Recruiter but will be resourceful and creative in determining new ways to identify talent.

Responsibilities will include:
Ownership of the technical sourcing process using a variety of creative techniques to discover and attract talented and diverse candidates
Create strong candidate pipelines and develop relationships with candidates for future opportunities
Conduct thorough evaluation of candidates, prepare professional write-ups, and present candidates in an accurate and detailed manner
Subject matter expert in the external talent market and ability to gather market intelligence
Accurately maintaining candidate databases and reporting
Assist in sourcing efforts for other hard-to-fill or high priority positions
Minimum of 5 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting experience, including, but not limited to, sourcing, assessing, qualifying, interviewing, negotiating, hiring, networking, and relationship management
Bachelor's degree preferred but will consider the experience in lieu of degree
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) along with other Staffing/Recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc. - experience with Workday is a plus
Ability to manage competing demands while being adaptable and flexible; Self-sufficient and self-motivated requiring limited direction and supervision
Excellent communication and negotiation skills required- Must be willing to make phone calls and cold calls to candidates
Ability to create and maintain documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
