SSRS Report Analyst
Full Time Role
Orlando, Florida

Under the supervision of the VP Product Management/Regulatory Compliance, the Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's business intelligence needs by implementing data management, reporting, and analytics solutions. The individual will participate in gathering business needs, documenting requirements, identifying data sources, and data elements, developing Business Intelligence components, and delivering solutions.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for weekly/monthly metric reporting
  • Gather and document business needs and requirements
  • Implement data integration and business intelligence solutions that adheres to the organization's internal standards and industry best practice
  • Evaluate and analyze information delivered to identify trends, issues, or findings
  • Coordinate with internal teams and provide support for findings
  • Perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure client resolutions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
    • A team player who is highly collaborative and detail oriented
    • Ability to interact with business users of all levels and translate business requirements into technical specifications
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
    • Experience in database and programming
    • In-depth knowledge in the Structured Query Language (SQL)
    • Experience in report development
    • Personal accountability, initiative, and motivation in achieving personal and project goals
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Balance creativity and innovation against practical and cost- effective approaches
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills with the ability to present technical and business solutions concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences from a business perspective
    • Collaboration and teamwork skills
    • The ability to interact successfully with all areas of the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in T-SQL and Stored procedure development
  • 1-2 years of experience in Power BI report development and visualization
  • 3-5 years of experience with data modelling, analytics and data integration techniques
  • Ability to analyze data from multiple data sources to obtain insights and recommend solutions to business problems
  • Familiarity with EMR and mobile application systems
  • 1-3 years of Experience with one or more reporting tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Familiarity with data warehouse concepts
  • 1-3 years of experience in ETL tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
