What you'll need:

• Hands on involvement and integral contributor to the full cycle accounting process
• Assist with overall accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and ensure financial statements are GAAP compliant
• Assist in processing accounts payable and credit card reconciliation
• Work closely with sales, operations and other departments to address various business needs
• Upload daily cash transactions
• Assist in the processing 1099s
• Support the annual audits
• Provide miscellaneous ad hoc support to the Accounting Manager

• You have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, or Finance
• You have 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably with a focus in financial services or real estate
• You have a solid understanding of US GAAP, general accounting processes
• You are well-versed in Microsoft Excel
• You have impressive attention to detail
• You have strong writing and communication skills
• Experience using an ERP system is a plus

• Public company experience at a Big 4 firm
• CPA
