Job Description

What you need:


- 2 to 3 years of corporate accounting experience (private industry or public accounting)

- Accounting degree

- CPA or working towards licensure

- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and audit practices and principles

- Strong working knowledge of Excel

- Strong multitasking and organizational skills with a focus on results

What you'll be doing:


- Booking journal entries and completing account reconciliation and analysis

- Maintaining financial schedules and ledgers

- Ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closings

- Compiling and analyzing financial information and preparing financial statements and other
management reporting timely

- Ensuring accurate and appropriate recording of revenues, expenses, assets and liabilities

- Ensuring financial records are maintained in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, policies and procedures

- Establishing and monitoring the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures

- Resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities

- Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities

- Supporting in the taxation and audit processes
