- Bank Reconciliations
- Credit card transactions
- Prepare accruals & journal entries for month end close on operating costs (including equipment costs)
- Research variances during month end close
Assist with HR reporting functions and payroll
- Tracking PTO and reporting on weekly basis
- 401 Contributions
- HSA contributions
- back up to payroll
- Expense report tracking
- Misc. payroll deductions and reporting
Must have 3 or more years of Staff level accounting experience and be proficient in MS Excel.
