Job Description

Our client, a major financial services service organization located in the Livingston NJ area, is adding a staff accountant to the team.

In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Cleint deliverables such as fund administration to private capital funds
  • Prepare bookkeeping, accruals, financial statements and investor and support ingschedules
  • Capital call and distribution calculations
  • SBA compliance reporting

Requirements for the position include:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, and a CPA or CPA candidate a plus
  • 1+ years previous experience with portfolio/investement and-or partnership accounting from either a corporate setting or from public accounting cleint services
  • Advanced Excel
  • Knowlege of QuickBooks
