As a Statutory Reporting Manager, you will serve as a financial expert for our client. This will be a hands-on role reporting into the CFO.

Statutory Reporting Manager Responsibilities:

• The Statutory Reporting Manager will prepare adjusting entries for statutory reporting.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and review footnotes.
• Assist with quarterly and yearly statutory filings including preparation of schedule T and state business pages.
• The Statutory Reporting Manager will produce the Annual Statements for each holding company.
• Respond to requests from internal and external auditors and state examiners.
• The Statutory Reporting Manager will facilitate daily communication with finance management, legal, compliance, and actuarial teams.

Experience preferred for the Statutory Reporting Manager Role:

• BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA a plus
• Strong Statutory Reporting experience
• Yellow or Blue Book Statutory reporting experience
• Strong system experience
• Leadership skills
