Job Description

FLEET EXPERIENCE IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring Strategic customers will fleets of 350-1,000 vehicles successfully use the software solution to deliver value to their organization, solve unique business challenges, and achieve positive return on their investment. You will do this by proactively working with assigned customers to understand their business goals, build relationships, provide subject matter expertise, best practices recommendations, and product use recommendations. Your job responsibilities include assisting the sales team throughout the sales process to win business, account setup and user training, and acting as a liaison between the customer and internal teams. The Strategic Account Manager is also responsible for maintaining strong, long-term relationships and executing customer success plans to measure and drive results for your book of business. Travel and onsite presentations for customer meetings is required.


Ideal Skills

  • 3-5 years previous experience account management experience for a SAAS company

  • 2 + years managing software or technical product implementations

  • Strong or advanced understanding of the ELD mandate

  • Experience and/or understanding of API's

  • Ability to present in front of a group and over the web

  • Proficient with NetSuite and other project management software/tools
