We are working with a growing manufacturing company in Columbus that is looking for a Supply Chain Manager. The position will offer a lot of growth potential as the company continues to expand. This person will have the opportunity to implement continuous improvement ideas to enhance supply chain functions as well as grow and develop the team. Job Responsibilities for the Supply Chain Manager include:
* Lead purchasing and supply chain functions to support adequate supply levels on set product lines.
* Assist with systems, processes and metrics to drive continuous improvement in procurement and supply chain activities
* Manage and tracks product in pipeline to ensure timely delivery, and monitor supplier performance
* Identifying and implementing Lean Manufacturing/CI strategies for the company
* Build strong working relationships with current and potential suppliers
* Work closely with cross functional teams to support product expansion efforts.
* Manage company KPIs in line with the growth plan
* Perform cost analysis and benchmarking

Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree required.
* 5 Years of Supply Chain or Purchasing experience including Buying, Planning, & Materials
* Proficient in ERP systems and Excel
* APICS, Lean Six Sigma certifications a plus
