Job Description

Searching for a Collaboration Services Support Analyst reporting to the Collaboration Services Team. This group is responsible for delivering Office 365 services, including email, file sharing, and collaboration tools. This contract position will report to the Collaboration Services Manager working out of the Blue Ash.

The Collaboration Services Support Analyst will perform support tasks related to an Office 365 Exchange Online mailbox migration and OneDrive/Teams rollout. A strong candidate has experience providing support for Exchange and Exchange Online, as well as having good communication skills and attention to detail. Is expected be able to perform support tasks with minimal supervision.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide remote support services for migration of 20,000 email users from Exchange 2010 to Office 365
  • Develop documentation for support and functional teams
  • Identify and resolve trends related to various infrastructure and/or configuration issues
  • Perform tasks and report status on tasks as assigned by the Project Manager
  • Deliver quality customer service and resolve end-user issues in a timely manner

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Experience with administration of Microsoft Outlook, Exchange 2010, 2013, and Office365
  • Excellent communications skills and understanding of customer experience
  • Must have a demonstrated high level understanding of standard email and Windows OS concepts
  • Ability to complete tasks with minimal direction
  • Must be very organized and able to balance multiple priorities
  • Previous Job Experience:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office365, OneDrive or Teams in a large organization is a plus
  • Junior engineering experience preferred
