Day to Day:

Collects and analyzes data to evaluate operations and processes and to facilitate complex decision-making. Follows established modeling and evaluation methodologies to determine the effectiveness of current operational activities, isolate problem areas and develop solutions. Prepares reports that outline and rank proposed solutions and present a range of possible alternatives. Interfaces with internal IT teams, Information Security, Data Science, and IT management for risk analysis.

The first few weeks of this role will be training with the management team on internal processes, QuickBase operations, and achieving mastery level knowledge on Intuit's Global Business Services division. Once training is complete, the Operations Analyst II will be responsible for responding to internal and external Stakeholder's requests, owning individual workloads in QuickBase, and taking over ownership of projects delegated by Manager. 70% of their time will be Operations and tactical work, directed by the Lead, and 30% will be project management (subject to change).

Must Have:

  • 5+ years' experience in an analytical setting
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Program or Project management background
  • Risk training and questionnaire creation experience
  • Database experience creating workloads and prophecy experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Stakeholder management experience internal and external
  • Cross functional collaboration
  • Third Party Supplier Risk Management experience


  • QuickBase software knowledge
  • Bravo Risk Management Platform knowledge
  • Experience working with Tableau
  • PMP Certified candidates will take precedence
  • Procurement and Sourcing experience
