This individual will lead teams of passionate people to take our company to the next level. We are looking for a natural leader from the software industry with experience growing established technical teams. This position will report to the President of the company.

In this position, you will:

  • Effectively manage a group of senior level managers and empower them to achieve results. These areas include Software Development, QA, Internal IT, and Cloud and Hosted services.

  • Be a strategic thought leader and successfully drive business operations

  • Contribute as a key member of the management team to assist the President in the successful and sustainable growth and operation of the company.

  • Maintain a strong work ethic and have a commitment to clear goals and measurable outcomes.

  • Collaborate with the President and executive team to help define company strategy and foster alignment across executive team

  • Gain thorough understanding of our evolving client needs and ensure alignment of the client services and support teams

  • Ensure personal growth and development of department employees

  • Identify opportunities and challenges for refinement and optimization of day to day operations throughout the organization

  • Work closely with HR to institutionalize process and effective management practices across the company to sustain continual growth and expansion

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 10 years professional experience in a senior leadership role and has a strong understanding of the software industry and 5+ years in a management capacity.

  • Experience transforming development organizations from traditional software to SaaS model. Experience with implementation/ management of SAFe methodology.

  • Experience developing systems and workflows to support a growing organization

  • Process-oriented, result-driven, and pays high attention to detail in all aspects of work

  • Experience building and scaling teams in high growth organizations

  • Ability to anticipate the strategic annual needs of the company and provide thoughtful long term solutions Demonstrated team building and leadership skills

Education and Training Requirements

Bachelor's degree required with an MBA is preferred

10+ years' experience in progressive responsibilities in running in various operational areas of software oriented organizations
