  • Responsible for the design, assembly, and troubleshooting of technology solutions related to the infrastructure (network, telecommunications, database, desktop, server, storage, software), including the definition, development and maintenance of procedures, as well as analyzing and implementing new processes and techniques.
  • Analyzes and revises existing system logic and documentation as necessary.
  • Designs tailored solutions to meet a specific need or business unit request.
  • Provides effective production support including accurate problem identification, ticket documentation and customer/vendor dialogue.
  • Leads medium to large-scale projects and delivers presentations with little guidance
  • Anticipates problems, drives root cause analysis and analyzes ways to mitigate risk.
  • Solves complex situations by dissecting problems and focusing on critical technology tasks.
  • Recommends process improvements that require a high degree of technical mastery.
  • Acts as an SME and consults peers and colleagues on tactical problems.
  • Articulates business value and impact of technical and non-technical information.
