KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enterprise Resource Management System - Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains

• Report development and support

o Financial reporting

o Budgeting tools

o Managerial reporting

• Development of SQL views, stored procedures, and/or triggers in support of Applications

• Helpdesk support for enterprise applications (Great Plains 2013 and 3rd party add on tools)

• Support systems' integrations

• Manages priorities and escalation for application issues on a daily basis

• Maintains appropriate service levels for application issue resolution

• Refers more complex application support issues to higher level support

• Logs and tracks all issues in ticketing system and maintains problem resolution documentation

• Other duties may be assigned as business needs arise.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES/EXPERIENCE

PROFICIENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Knowledge of PowerBI

• Knowledge of SQL Reporting Services

• Proficiency with data analysis tools

• Knowledge of Great Plains applications software

• Proficient understanding of SQL databases

• Ability to create and maintain stored procedures, database triggers and SQL scripts

• Strong diagnostic and trouble resolution skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to present technical information to internal and external contacts with clarity and precision

• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly

• Basic understanding accounting principles

• Fluent English (both spoken and written), other language is a plus

• Strong business partnering skills

• Well organized, professional, composed and approachable

• Demonstrated and proven ability to protect confidential information/data

• Ability to be progressive in thinking and development
