Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will ensure a positive experience for all candidates and hiring managers throughout the TA process. This role is responsible sourcing and screening candidates, ensuring compliance with TA processes including documentation retention, scheduling and coordinating interviews and recruitment events, and providing data analytics when required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Demonstrates strong customer focus by ensuring a positive experience for candidates as well as hiring managers throughout the TA process. Ensures interviews and candidate travel requirements are scheduled promptly and related expenses reimbursed in an expedient manner. 30%
Ensures strict adherence with TA processes to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements. Ensure required documentation is maintained and assists with audit process as required. 20%
Source and screen candidates for open roles. Coordinate the process of filling open job requisitions with contract associates who have met all requirements. 20%
Supports general recruitment activity through scheduling and attending recruiting events such as career fairs, college/university recruitment events, etc. 20%
Provide applicant tracking and reporting as needed; conduct data analytics when required.
Support vendor onboarding and payment process. 10%

REQUIREMENTS
Travel Limited travel required as needed
Education BS/BA Degree or related experience
Licenses/Certifications HRCI or SHRM certification preferred
Experience Minimum of 4-5 years of administrative experience in Human Resources
Competencies Customer Focus, Delivers on Commitments, Builds Relationships
Other Strong oral and written communication skills required
