The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the talent team in proactively sourcing, screening, identifying, and landing top talent. The Talent Acquisition Manager will benchmark best practices in talent acquisition strategy and execution while leading a team of recruiters. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Manager will strategically partner with internal leaders to support the clients whole talent strategy ensuring alignment with workforce plans and seamless delivery against those plans.

* Responsible for leading the talent team in building and maintaining positive collaborative relationships with the Hiring Manager (HM), keeping the HM fully informed of progress, and for ensuring HM satisfaction through the end-to-end recruiting cycle (i.e. from initiation to hire)

* Develop and maintain effective, collaborative and trusted relationships with direct reports

* Leads the talent team in managing the full life-cycle of talent recruiting activities including: sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, closing candidates, and negotiating offers. Partners with internal and external recruiters assigned to requisition as required to ensure the team is meeting performance goals related to the sourcing activities

* Acts as liaison between recruiters and HM to ensure a seamless process

* Monitors the effectiveness and efficiency of the Talent Acquisition Team to achieve established service levels relative to specific metrics

* Provides system and process expertise, as well as input on external trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices to talent/recruiting team

* Partners with HR leadership to provide data and analysis for all reporting required

* Responsible for leading the team in maintaining data in applicant tracking system and generating necessary reports to comply with legal and AA requirements

* Leads the talent team in development of sourcing strategies, recruitment plans, and programs for various roles that will attract and deliver qualified and diverse talent

* Provide guidance to recruiting team and hiring manager that will ensure candidate satisfaction

* Works closely with Marketing to ensure proper advertisement for Open Positions

* Keeps leadership informed of the development of recruiting pipelines and sources

* Ensures team is completing proper candidate vetting prior to making offer (i.e. reference checks)

* Responsible for Managing outsourced recruiting relationships, when necessary

Job Requirements
