Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to help build a new Talent Acquisition team. The selected candidate will have a progressive HR career with a keen focus on Talent Acquisition and Management. The ideal candidate will be experienced in hands-on talent acquisition, KPI management, developing or implementing TA systems/technologies, and can bring strategic leadership to the role to build strong relationships with executive leadership teams, hiring managers, and external vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all open requisitions, making sure to keep all parties up to date and on track
  • Manage recruiting team to ensure metrics are achieved timely and efficiently
  • Work with internal hiring managers and HR Business Partners to help select the right culture and experience fit for each role
  • Develop recruitment strategies for identifying, engaging, and hiring the best talent for multiple hiring requisitions
  • Build and develop diverse talent pools from both internal and external candidates to ensure a faster time to fill for future hiring requisitions
  • Leverage new technologies and create best practices to further improve the current recruitment process for a better and more comprehensive candidate experience

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field - a must; Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Bamboo or HRIS experience, highly preferable
  • 5+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in a corporate setting or agency setting
  • 3+ years of talent acquisition leadership experience
  • Capable of handling multiple high-volume hiring initiatives
  • Experience with bench-marking practices in talent management, organization and leadership development, diversity, and performance management
