Vaco has partnered with company located in Indianapolis to fill a Talent Acquisition Partner role.

Job Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivery of the recruitment process for high volume entry level positions for locations across the US.

This job contributes to organizational success by:

  • Writing adverts and advertising of vacancies for internal and external publication
  • Direct sourcing and building talent pool of candidates
  • Reviewing applications and qualifying candidates via a telephone interview/screening
  • Partner with Site Administrators and Managers to arrange, coordinate, and schedule interviews with candidates
  • Managing agencies relationships and performance
  • Facilitating the offer process for successful applicants
  • Initiating pre-employment checks for offered candidates and monitor progress
  • Building relationships with Managers and trainers in a variety of business areas
  • Attending events to include: graduate events, careers fairs and any other assigned events
  • Maintaining the recruitment system to ensure 100% accuracy of data and costs
  • Providing regular recruitment metric reports to business managers as requested
  • Perform other related duties as requested

  • Manage key metrics - time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hire
  • Ability to facilitate a positive Candidate experience
  • Provide Customer service to managers
  • Trusted talent acquisition specialists who are a source of information, advice and guidance for management


  • Experience of recruitment role ideally in a fast paced volume environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 4 years of relevant recruiting experience
  • A minimum education of B.S. in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • Customer focused and able to manage and develop successful relationships
  • Target driven and able to work at high volume
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and re-prioritize
  • Ability to travel across sites as required (3-4 times per year average)
