Position Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years Microsoft infrastructure/network deployment and support experience.
  • Microsoft Teams and SharePoint management, site rights, page design and support
  • Office 365's applications including; Outlook, SharePoint, Skype for Business, One Drive, Teams
  • PC, Server, Windows 10, Office 365, Android and IOS operating systems.
  • Networking skills including; troubleshooting network problems, PC connectivity and debugging, virus/spyware removal, DNS, DHCP, network printers, and file shares.

Experience in the following technologies:

  • Active Directory and basic AD administration
  • Office 365 Administration
  • Wireless Technology
  • Some VoIP Knowledge
  • Video collaboration, including tools like Zoom, Skype, Teams, and WebEx

Experience a plus:

  • ManageEngine Service Desk Plus
  • ManageEngine Desktop Central
  • Symantec Endpoint Protection Cloud
  • Druva InSync
  • Mitel MiCollab enterprise collaboration software and tools
