Our client, a local manufacturer, is seeking a Technical Customer Specialist Coordinator that will be responsible for administrative documentation, data-entry, and customer service for their product lines as they are installed.

  • The CSR/Coordinator will assist with the management products and services, scheduling, planning and billing of projects for large distribution companies.
  • This person will keep all documentation, billing, and purchasing/invoices up to date. They will communicate all updates with customers, project manager and other notable members of organization.
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented. Must be okay with working in various software platforms.
  • High level of urgency and thorough communication internally and externally is required.
  • Must have 2+ years of experience working in customer facing role within a manufacturing company.
