Job Description

Our client in Downtown San Diego, CA is looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist to join their team on an ongoing contract basis. The ideal candidate will be providing support and guidance through the successful resolution of Tier 2 support related issues as well as coordinate efforts with third party vendors for resolution of Tier 3 support issues. This positions requires the ability to work effectively in a strong and cohesive team environment and sharing responsibilities and knowledge with others.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup of systems and desktop tools
  • Research support requests and troubleshoot issues
  • Ability to query what customer needs and provide solutions
  • Support a variety of local and international internal users
  • Coordinate with support escalation when appropriate
  • Ensure issues are properly logged
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Document technical knowledge and ticket resolution

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Systems Admin, Desktop Support
  • Experience with SCCM
  • Hands on troubleshooting/configuration in OneDrive
  • High level of knowledge with O365 platform
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics
  • Experience in Cloud based solutions
