Job Description

Vaco Los Angeles is working with a client who is looking for a Technical Sourcer to specifically asist with sourcing and screening Hardware Engeineers. The ideal candidate must have experience recruiting and sourcing for engineers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source, engage, and assist with screening both active and passive candidates to help fill hardware engineer roles.
  • Develop an understanding of Inventables products, target market, values, culture, vision and employer value proposition to successfully identify and engage talent
  • Build and maintain candidate pool pipelines for recurring open positions
  • Schedule interviews, create candidate itineraries, assist with interview and offer related paperwork
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience
  • Engage in recruiting efforts that focus on building diverse teams
  • Applicant Tracking System management and upkeep (we use Greenhouse)
  • Create job descriptions and manage job postings across channels
  • Be a strategic partner to internal hiring managers with a strong focus on understanding position requirements and soft skills
  • Work with Head of Talent to develop strategies for engaging top talent for our teams through company branding, networking, referrals, events, social media, college recruiting initiatives
  • Maintain timely candidate communication and internal recruiting updates

QUALIFICATIONS

You need to have:

  • 1-2 + years experience sourcing on a variety of platforms (e.g. Linkedin, Careerbuilder, Indeed, etc.)
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • A "candidate first" mentality and strong relationship building skills
  • Proven experience using and maintaining an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Experience engaging and screening candidates and the ability to convert passive candidates to active job applicants
