Job Description

A well established, successful company in the Springfield area is looking for a Technical Support Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with SAP research.
  • Maintain entries into database and generate reports
  • Oversees all aspects of the complaint management process through CRM program
  • Applies quality principles in all phases of complaint investigations
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years in customer service, incoming inspection or quality control inspection
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Experienced with data and reports
