Rapidly growing tech firm is seeking a hands-on IT recruiter for their Midtown office. Ideally, we are seeking candidates with 2-6 years of hands-on recruitment experience, ready for a challenge and the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:
  • Write and post technical job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates on LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, Etc.
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Compose job offer letters
  • Onboard new hires
Requirements:
  • 2-5 Years of proven IT recruitment experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Must be a hands-on leader
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with internal stakeholders
